Visitor visa processing times at Chennai

I'm planning to invite my aunt to USA. Her visa was rejected 3 times. This would be 4th attempt. Right now, I see that the waiting time for appointment is 163 days. If I send the paper work now, will it be outdated by the time she gets appointment? Do I need to wait and send the paper work close to the appointment date? I'm asking this question because shortly I'll be visiting India. So, I'm thinking of carrying the paper wok with me. But the appointment date is too far away. Please advise.

Hi Sastry,
The first step should be making the appointment. If the last rejection date is within 1 or 2 months of the new appointment date, then, your aunt should go for the Interview if and only if she has thorough change of situation from what she appeared with the last time. Otherwise it is better to postpone the appointment and wait for some time. Was she sponsored by you the previous time also? And it would be best if she goes for the interview with up-to-date documentation.

I think you should work towards overcoming the reasons for rejection the previous times.
