question on DS 157
my father is 53 years and my mom is 43 years since my father is over 46 years and my mom is below 46 years but it had mentioned only male age betn 16 to 46 do i need to fill the DS 157 suppliment they are to chennai consulate please some body help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't know why people are so freaked out about this DS156 form. just fill for both and have them take it to the embassy. if its not required they can always bring it back.its better to be prepared for everything.

Hi krishy,
All male applicants between 16 and 45 have to fill up the DS 157 if the are going to the Chennai or Mumbai Consulate. Since your father is over 46 years, he does not have to fill it.
