Travelling On B2 When No Longer With the Company

I am in the US. My sister-in-law lives in India. In 2010 the company she used to work for in India sent her to the US for a business visit (she stayed only for a few weeks). She got a B1/B2 visa at that time using documents provided by her company (a multinational bank). She no longer works for that company and is now a stay at home mom. Her B1/B2 visa is still valid. Can she visit us for a few weeks as a tourist using the same B1/B2 visa? Thank you.

If there is no note on her visa restricting its use,

yes she can freely use it for pleasure as well as some other business purpose.
