B2 Visa for in-laws- spelling and DOB issue

I am applying Tourist Visa for my in-laws. I would be the sponsor for them.

• The spelling on my mother-in-law passport on her name and DOB says "RATHANI" and "15-August” where as in my wife's passport says "RADHANI" and "15-FEB" respectively. Would that be a problem?
• The spelling on my mother-in-law passport on her name and DOB says " RATHANI " where as in my father-in-law passport says " RADHANI " Would that be a problem?
• Do we need to fill 2 separate DS-160 for both?
• Do I need to send original copies or photocopies of my Bank statements, Client letter etc.,
• Do I need to get Bank account verification letter from bank or is Bank Statements and Pay stubs are more than enough?
