Chances of Visitor Visa Approval for my cousin brother

I am on H1B visa and have been working for the past 4 yrs, I am sponsoring a visitor visa for my cousin brother.
My brother completed his master's in US and went back to India 2yrs back and he has been working there ever since.
All the documents bank statements we have are original and we are showing enough bank balance.
I will be sponsoring his stay here. Purpose of visit: visiting family & friends.
What are his chances of visa approval?

Your sponsorshiop will not go in his favour but it will go against him.

This shows that he cannot support his own trip and so has weak financial ties to India.

So , he will be denied.


Also, is he married and what is his income in India roughly?

my brother is unmarried and he earns 30k per month. He doesn't work in the IT or software companies.
I am only giving him material support, he is buying the ticket himself. He will stay at my place during his visit.
Should he go for an independent visa instead ?

His income is too low for a self funded pleasure visit.

Plus his single marital status .

Both the factors combined mean he has nothing to bring him back.

Advice;

He has to get a very good paying job 70-80k/m , develop a history
of pleasure visits to europe, singapore etc. Then he can try.

He will definitely go back to India because he will be eventually joining my uncle's construction company.
The bank statements are from in the name of the company to which my uncle is the MD.
Does it improve his chances?

You are not Trying to understand how the visitor visa process works.

* They do not look at any documents.
*And they do not listen to your explanations.

They have standard questions on which they decide ;
1. Why do you wish to go?
2. Are you married?
3. What do you do?
4. What is your income?
5. Have you ever been outside the country?

They are looking for strong ties to India ( Income and spouse/kids)
and if you do not have them it is a denial .

Let him join the construction company. Show strong income.
Go abroad to other countries.
Then your uncle can create a business visit for him. That will be much easier to get
than a casual visit.
