doubt!!!

dear immihelp,

My husband is sponsoring for visitor visa to both my parents and my in laws, their appointment is on 22nd sept at chennai, I had doubt, do we have to fill I-134, affidavit of support for all 4 of them or 2 is enough one for my parents and one for my in laws, secondly about the finger printing there at the consulate, i heard that if there is small cut also they will ask them to go back it seems, is it true pls confirm.

1. One I-134 for each person.
2. It is possible that they may be asked to come later. It is really subjective.
