How soon and how many times can you apply after a Rejection for Visitors Visa

Hi,

Im on L1 B Visa and my Dad has 2 rejections so far for B2 Visa.

1st time was in 2012 when both my mother & father got rejected
2nd was Late Jan 2013 when my Father was rejected(mother already got visa 2 weeks before as she applied independently)

Im looking to know how soon can i apply a visa again after Rejection as i want them to visit me in April?
My visa ends in Dec 2013. I was looking to apply again end of Feb so he can go for an interview March first week.

I am the only son(married and wife works on her L1B) and my Father is employed in India and is self sponsoring his trip(3 weeks).


Also if his Visa is rejected again this time(3rd time). Can we apply again? And when next?

There is no limit to how many times one can apply. And you can apply in 3 working days after a denial.

But there has to be a major change in your application or they deny again.

By the way, this seems important;

What did you mother say when they asked her why her huband is not going?

And then he applied 2 weeks later!!!!!
