my husband has applied for visitor visa for both my parents and in laws on 22nd sept at chennai, actaully i had been to london in march to visit my sister , and even my parents had come there, now if at the chennai consulate if they ask my parents ,Its been how long u have met ur daughter, what should they say, will they reject saying that u have just met her now and why u want to go to us again? I am worried whether they will get the visa or no.

Secondly shld we print the DS 156 form back to back?

They should not lie if the question comes up. Anyway, the evidence of london visit would be obvious from the stamp on their passports. They can say that their purpose is to travel US while staying with their daughter.
