my b2 visa got rejected do i need to reapply?

hello I'm 18 years old from India and my b2 visa got rejected and the VO told me that i was to young and i didn't go out side India before and i show him my bank statement with 13000$ and my letter of employment that says i got paid 2500$ per month and no use so you think i got a chance if i reapply?

A:Tourism for six weeks.

Q:Any relatives in US? on what visas?
A:i have no one in the US.

Q:What do you do in India? since when?
A:i work as electronics technician since 1st of may 2012.

Q:What do your parents do?
A:my dad is petroleum engineer and my mom is civil engineer.

Q:Have they ever been to US?
A:no.

In this situation there is no chance of success.
Because they think you will not return ( very young age, no strong ties to India)

For an 18 yr old to get a visitor visa for pleasure, you must have;

1. rich parents funding you.
2. Be a student in a serious college in India, so the officer thinks you will return to complete your degree.
3. Show a history of travel to other countries for pleasure; singapore, thailand, dubai etc.

Wow ! You are eighteen and have 13k USD in your account ? And you earn 2500 ? Also, if your parents sponsor your trip, you will need to have their tax filings/form 16s in place.
