Urgent Question on Appointment Letter

Hello all,
I just created only one new profile for both my parents. I created it with my father as a primary applicant and my mother as dependent on UStraveldocs.com. When i tried to schedule an appointment, it gave out appointment letter with only my father's name in the Applicant's name (the first section of the appointment letter). It does show no of applicants as 2 and lists my mothers name along with my fathers name and MRV Fees paid section. Just wondering, would this be a problem?? Don't want my parents to be stalled at the consulate... Please help

Yes, that is a problem.

Did you pay the fees for both of them?

It should have asked you the details of both of the persons.

Yes i did. The appointment letter shows that. Do you know how the appointment letter looks like for a family??

I am also exactly in your situation. I also got only one appointment letter with only my fathers name listed on top, but number of applicants is showing as 2. I think it should be okay because my both parents are having a single appointment time. But I am not sure about this.
