I have a question regarding the B2 visa, my sister is currently traveling to US, so do i mention her under the relatives in USA section of the visa form?

You do not have to mention her because she is not going to be stationed there but only visiting.

They only want to know about relatives living there as students/workers/PRs/Citizens.

Thanks peace, I have one last question, i was going through this website and came across the following regarding immediate relative section of the form:

"Answer the questions about your relative in the U.S. truthfully. Choose Yes or No and indicate the person's status in the U.S. (i.e., U.S. legal permanent resident, U.S. citizen, visiting, studying working etc.)

I am confused cause this paragraph has included visiting as a status

Yes, maybe I was wrong.
But even if you do not declare it, it won't matter because she only has a visitor visa.
