B2 Visa for spouse while on H1

I am on F1-OPT right now and will be applying for H1 in premium process in April 2013.
Can I apply for B2 Visa for my spouse and sponsor her ? I can apply for H4 but my spouse has to wait
till September 2013 before getting in US and I want her to be ASAP.
So what will be documents required from me.
Can Anyone tell me list of documents required for B2 Visa ?

B2 strictly requires an intent to return home after the visit .

With you filing for an H-1 , no officer will believe that she will return
to India after visiting you on a B2.

So forget about it.
Wait for your H-1 , H-4 is the best way to go for her.
