I want to apply for us vist visa with my family, we all have Canadian PR, but not living in canada now a days... can we get any advantage of PR card for getting B2 visa...

canadian PR may be beneficial but please post;

1.how long have you had the card and
will you ever be migrating to canada in future?
2. if yes, when?
3. Post about your Work, family and income ( roughly) where you are living?
4. Who are you visiting in US , what is their visa status in US and duration of visit?
5. have you ever been denied a US visa?
6. are you asking for sponsorship ( funding support ) from US host?

From last 8 months, yes i will be migrate this year secondly my son is already studying in canada from last 8 months after our immigration.

By june 2013.

i m IT Professional , 30 years experinace, my wife and other 2 childern is with me , and i m from Pakistan, and income is about 200000/ PM

4. Who are you visiting in US , what is their visa status in US and duration of visit?
As our base is Vancouver, so i need visa for frequent vists for seattel.

5. have you ever been denied a US visa?

no

6. are you asking for sponsorship ( funding support ) from US host?

no.

Ok.
If you apply in pakistan, it will depend on the officer. he may say, since you only want to visit seattle, apply when you are in canada or
he may give it to you looking at yur PR card.

Applying in canada; PR canada is beneficial but still they look for your job/business
in canada and apply some months after settling down in canada.

Please post your experience if you apply in pakistan.
