Urgent: help for DS-160 form

Dear experts:

I am filling DS160 form for my parents. Do I need to fill two separate forms for father and mother? They will appear for interview on the same day and time. I heard that sometimes, it creats some problem.

Please give me some guidance on this issue.

1) In that case, how can they schedule appointment at the same time? will there be two separate visa fee reciept or only one?
2) in DS-160 form,at the end, they give an option to create family application. Should I put "NO" in that section?

There is no way you can have combined DS-160 for two people.

Hi, I am currently in US and my parents in India. I am filling the DS forms for them. Can I submit the DS forms on behalf of them and send the confirmation page to India? do they personally need to review the form and need to click the sign and submit button?
