Visa Approved but Passport delayed for father in law .No 221g given

My father in law and mother in law went for visitor visa to hyd consulate . They were asked few questions as follows:

Which company your son is working for ?
what is your occupation in india?
how many kids do you have ?
Does your son have kids?


Visa officer said you got your visa you will get your passport in 10days...
Appointment is on thursday my mother in law got her passport on tuesday.But ,FIL didnot get his passport.when we checked his application status in hyd consulate website it is showing adminstrative process.We were confused because they didnot give him 221(g) slip how it went to adminstrative process.
But finially due god grace he got his passport in 20 days . I want to share just in case this might help anyone .
