Help needed - for DS-160 form - regarding work experience

Dear experts,

I am currently filling DS-160 form for my parents. My father has been doing his own business since last 25 years. I am putting that information in current occupation. On the next page, there is a question regarding previous employment in last 5 years. I have selected "NO" in that question. Is that right? I selected "NO" because my father has been doing this business since last 25 years. He was never employed by anybody.

Is this the right thing to do?

Yes. Also be prepared with valid tax filings proving he was into business.
