Hi,
My parents had visitor visa from 2000 to 2011. They are ready to apply new visa. During their prior visit to USA, they once extended their visit more than 6 months and applied for the extension for extended stay after 6 months. They received approval letter from US agency and they left US with in the extended time limit. What ever their approval notice they got, have been LOST.
Now they are applying for new visitor visa. My question is,
Do they have to provide any documentation to explain their legal extended stay along with other documentation?
thanks in advance....
