Cannot submit DS 160 application online

Hi everybody,

I have been working on this on-line application for 3-4 days and it will not let me submit. I have finished everything and uploaded a photos, which was qualified accoding to the website. After reviewing the whole application the "sign and submit" button has been not working. (please see attached pic) In addition, on the home page the "start an application" and "upload an application" buttons have been show the same, I could not even restart over.

Does any one else has experienced this same issue? Anything help please I am really stuck and don't know what to do now...

I have tried all browsers I have, and many different computers. I have even sent the info back to China and had my friend submit it over there but still shows the same thing. Please let me know if there is anything else I can try or any number that I can call. Thanks!

How did it go?

I know this is old post, but I am haaving a similar issue, only before the Photo" link was disabled and suddenly it worked, now the REVIEW one wont work. Any help will be appreciated!
