Urgent Question On Things To Carry ( Inetrview On Monday Pls Help

Hi,
My parents are going to cal counsalate for interview on monday. I wanted to know if they carry a briefcase, cell phone etc till the counsalate is there a place they can keep it before entering for interview or should they not carry it at all.

Any help will be appreciated.

To my knowledge you are allowed to carry just a file with all your paperwork and perhaps a handbag in case of women. Briefcase..well I am not really sure if they allow that. Cell phones are not allowed inside the consulate. I donot know if there is a counter as such wherein you could hand it over and pick it back in return.

as long as delhi consulate is concern, I know there is no place where any one can keep mobile, some should be out side of consulate (embassy) who can keep all other things, briefcase mobile etc.it always good to go with some one if you are comming from out of station. delhi bombay chenni are not small cities, hope you understand my point

also aged person should have breakfast before entering consulate, it always takes time becase a lots of people there waiting there
