    b) Hearing Date-July 2012 and since i was returning home in July, judge asked me to complete 100 hrs of community service back home in pakistan
    c) Completed and Case dismissed(Oct 2012)
    d) Recently applied for visitor visa to USA-stated yes to the question regarding arrested/convicted with relevant details
    e) During interview, gave details to consular and he took photocopy of the dismissal and my community hrs document.

    1) Do i only need to wait at this point?
    2) How much time does this usually take?
    3) Interview consular did not give me any white/yellow paper, does this mean anything?
    4) Only charge on record hence petty offence exception, true?
