Leaving end of October and coming back in Feb 2006

My Parents arrived to the US in June of this year and going back end of October (even though they were given a 6 month visa). However I want them to come back early in Feb 2006 - since this is just 3 months after they've left will this create any problems at the port of Entry ?

Does anyone have any experience with this ?

Hi,
What kind of Visa do they have? If they have 10yr/5yr ME, then they have to give a really strong and good reason when asked at POE. If they have to through the consular interview again, then it may be a little difficult at the interview for things to go through smoothly.
