VISA for Mother and Sister

Hi,
I am from INDIA and in USA on H1B and arrived on last 15th Jan 2013. I wanted to bring my Mother and elder Sister to here for visiting purpose. They will be hardly here for 3-4 months. Please suggest me
how should I proceed on this. Listing down below my mother and sister details where I have few concern.

Just check the below points and suggest if I need to take any precautionary majors to avoid any of these problem and also please get me step by step details of how I can process for these VISA.
Help is really appreciated.

Mother Details:
• She is 63 year old
• She doesn’t know English or Hindi, only regional language.
• There are some business running on her name and she still pay income tax.


Sister Details:
• She is 42 year old
• She is using both names i.e. in her passport she has after marriage name and all her bank details are on before marriage name.
• She is a housewife and my brother –in-law is a police officer

My details:
• As I joined just before one and half months back, so I don’t have enough(3/4 months) pay slip and my bank balance also not so good.

Do not invite them so soon. They will deny on the fact that you just went there in Jan.

Wait for at least a year.

is it bcoz of funding ? my mother has business and she can show her funds and i just need sponsor for my sister i believe..

i will be in USA only for a year.. so wanted them to come now as they have vacation by this time.

Funding is secondary.

Primary issue is 214(b) ---- intent to return home.

Even if your relatives do not want to stay back in US,
the officers think that is the case ,if there is anything unnnatural in the application.

( like you calling them so soon) .

Invite them by the end of the year.

Actually my wife is carrying and her date is in May, so i was calling my mother for that purpose.
And as my mother can't come alone so my sister will just come for a month to drop my mother here and will be back soon.
So is it okay calling her giving this reason. or anything else would be okay.. please suggest...
