does B2 visa expiring on overstay effect process of marrying citizen

b2 visa is expiring next month , and getting married in 3 months. i have entered legally 2 years ago and overstayed . now i am getting married and am wondering if i should

1, renew the b2 visa before wedding ( will be expireed 2 months at the wed date)
2, move up court wedding to before experation?
3, or just get married on expired visa and submit paperwork

which one is the best or fastest way ?
will it effect my naturalization if i pick #3 ?

Once you overstay , your B2 visa automatically becomes void and useless.

So choose no 3, no it won't affect your naturalization.

Just take care on these 2 counts;
1. do not lie ( misrepresent) on any application to immigration
2. Do not get inolved in any crime even if small. that will affect your naturalization.
