My F-1 Visa stamping expired last July. I am on a valid OPT status right now. My parents VISA got rejected twice already since their documentation did not have enough self-financial support (according to the consulate). I want to sponsor my parent's travel to US for my graduation ceremony this time. Will my status pose a problem?
