  • Going back in USA as a tourist

    Hello, Am new here.

In 2011 I've been to USA almost 6 months, exit the country in a proper time according the Border dates. In 2012, 6 months after came back home I try to get another B2visa but my application was denied by US embassy with explanation that am going to often. Now am thinking of trying new B2visa attempt.
I would like to ask is there any chance my visaB2 application to be denied by US embassy?

depends on your purpose--- who you are visiting
and your income /job and family in your home country.

Do you have a job at home with good income?
        What about wife/kids?
what is your sister's visa status?

Because you are young and single, it can be difficult.
ALso your sis is a citizen , so that is a negative ( they think citizen can help you settle there).

But It all depends on the officer. Some are lenient. So you should try.

Ask for a short trip, show your own money for the trip ( if you can ) , and show employer's letter that
job is permanent and you have leave to go to US.

Well I have fiance but it's not on paper. Already been there two years ago and went back in a proper time. Everything is same as a previous try, I put a bank account with my deposits and employers guaranties.

              What else can I do?
