    Hi,

    I've applied for B2 visa.I've to submit documents on 12th March. I've arranged the documents as below order:

    SET 1 : (All are photo copies)

    > Appointment Letter
    > Visa Photo (Photo copy)
    > DS-160 form
    > Payment Acknowledgement Visa Fees (This is the only 'Letter from the Bank' or I need any specific letter from the Bank?)

    SET 2 : VISITOR's Documents ( My Documents)
    (All are photo copies)

    > Passport photo copy ( All Pages)
    > Degree Certificates
    > PAN Card

    SET 3 : Sponsor's Documents ( My Husband's Documents who stay in India,He will be taking care of my Tour Expenditure) (All are photo copies)

    > Marriage certificate
    > NOC
    > First and Last page of Passport
    > PAN Card
    > Visiting Card
    > Appointment Letter ( Do I need a Employment Letter too ??? )
    > Salary Slips of last 6 Months
    > IT return ( last 3 Years)
    > GAS Bill ( as A proof of Resident)
    > Rent Agreement ( as A proof of Resident)

    SET 4 : Documents of My Cousin sister ( She is inviting me, NOT a SPONSOR)
    (All are photo copies)

    > Invitation Letter
    > First page of Passport
    > Driving License
    > Credit Card Bill ( As a proof of Residential)

    SET 5 : Savings ( All are Photo copies)

    > Bank Statements (Last 6 months)
    > Passbook copies ( For PPF statements)
    > Flat Documents : Certified to be English Translation of a deed of sale in Hindi ( Flat Documents were in Hindi )

    ( should I attach a photo copy of Credit Card ?? )



    IS THIS OK OR DO I NEED ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS ??

      Hi Varsha,

      My MIL has her VISA appointment date on April 10th and I am looking into arranging her documents. How did your VISA appointment go? I hope you got it. Can you share your experience in arranging documents and any questions asked? Would greatly appreciate that.

        Oh my God !!!!!!
        Many of the documents above are unnecessary.
        Just submit the basic minimum.

        They won't even look at any documents .
