Sponsoring in case of L1 visa expires but i-94 is valid

I would like to invite my parents to USA but my visa got expired. I do have i-94 valid until 2015.

Can I be able to sponsor and invite them?

As long as you haven't utilized your entire 5 Years of L1B I dont see any problem.
