senator letter format

Did any one has the senator letter format to us consulate in india for the vistor visa recomondation. I need ASAP. Thanks for the help.

Hi,
There is no particular format. Usually the Senator's office will know what to write in such letters.

senator's office will frame the sentences and on their letter heads. You have to explain the case to their office clearly and what you are expecting from them.
