Couple days ago, My inlaws tourist visa was rejected under 214(b). I am planning to apply again next month. When i try to schedule appointment in https://cgifederal.secure.force.com using existing profile, In the payment option screen shows same CGI number which i used for last appointment. Do we need create new profile to get appointment or should we use same CGI number to make fee payment? please advice. Thanks advance.

Created new profile doesn't solve issue
I have created different profile to schedule appointment for same applicant, Application shows error that same applicant information exist in another profile. Looks like we should not create new profile for reapply visa interview.
My friend verified with Bank about this issue. They dont know what to do.
I am missing something in this progress. Please help me.
