Bringing Wife to US on visit visa while Spouse in US on B1 already

Hi,

I am currently in US on Business Trip holding B1 visa. My daughter holds US passport and studying in India.
I have plans to bring my family to US on visit visa for one month during the summer holidays in May.

Is it possible to get visit visa for my Wife while I am in US here?

Will they process the visit visa application?

If not please suggest other options.

Yes, it is possible.
You can send her copies of your passport, visa, I-94. And proof of your employment and salary in India.
She can apply saying she wishes to join you for a few weeks and you wil lbe funding her trip.

1) No my wife is not employed.
2) My daughter is 13 Years.

Do they need to satisfy the above criteria for visit visa?

NO. the reason I asked was, if your wife was working she will have to show leave for the visitor visa
and if your daughter was 21, she could sponsor both of you for an immigrant visa.
