What are chances of sister getting a visitor visa?

Hi,

I am working in US on H1B visa.

I was planning to call my sister on visitors visa. Can I sponsor visa for my sister? What are the chances that her visa would get through?

She is unmarried and currently working.

Chances are slim. Young, single people are the most suspect to stay back especially when a relative is sponsoring them for a visitor visa.

If she plans to study, work in the US in future she would have a better
chance at student/H-1 visas than a visitor visa.
