Hi! iam in process of inviting my parents to US,on visitor visa using the information on this site as guideline,but i have a particular problem ,i could not find answer to on the site,
actually my father,retired 2 yrs back ,had a transferrable central govt job.For past 10 years my parents r staying in delhi along with my brother who is married. Both parents have passports issued in delhi and r currently in delhi .
Before that we stayed in mumbai for about 9yrs,my father also owns a property[flat]in mumbai,has bank accounts there . They keep visiting mumbai flat on and off.
Iam here in US on H4 visa,my husband who is on H1 will be the sponsor for my parents visit.
I want my parents to be able to visit us latest by Nov end or at least begining of dec.At delhi embassy available interview date is around 13th of dec,while in mumbai embassy available date is nov 18th ,so iam in a dilemma which one to chose ,or rather at which embassy they stand a better chance of obtaining a visa?
i need ur expert advice /suggestion on whether my parents can take advantage of earlier appointment availability at mumbai ?or shd try only at delhi?
