DS-156 question

I used the Online form with Barcode version of DS156 for my parents and mailed it to them in India. Just now realized that I did not print it on both side of paper. I see that Downloadable version is required to be printed on single sheet (both side of paper). Is the requirement same for Online version as well. A quick answer is really appreciated as I will need to mail them another copy if that is the case. There interview date is aproaching fast (Aug 25th).

Yes, it needs to be printed on both sides of the paper. Why can't your parents make a photocopy of the papers from 2 single sided to one double sided in India?

Thanks, because I signed the forms as the preparer of forms and I thought they would need those signatures in original.

You don't have to write your name as preparer. That is only if some professional like lawyer, visa consultant like that fills the form.

It does not really matter much if it is filled by relative.

If the relative fills, they can put the name if they want to.
