what happened to modify option

Hi all, I have recently booked dates for my parents at chennai, and am keep looking to get prior dates for them, because my parents both are working and they get leave only 2 months (nov,dec). yesterday night I was looking for modify option to check the dates, there was no modify, only cancel was there!!!!! I was surprized.

Can somebody help me out by telling what to do now, and how can I change my dates. Please help me.

Yes, that looks strange and annoying. These people are playing games with us every 3 months.

First they removed waiting list option. It took hell of time to figure out a way to understand how to get an early date.

Now they removed modify option completely. How many days should i waste my time in-front of TT VISAS home page. Barbarians they are !

Waiting to see if any one finds a solution to this problem.....
