well i read on net about if your visa is pending n bla blah try to contact congress man or senator so i emailed senator on july 11 very next day i got a call from senators office to discuss abt visa issue then she ask me passport number visa case number date of birth n all on july 16th senator emailed us consulate dubai that why case is pending n all july 17th they emailed him back sorry for delay this visa case application is approved i asked applicant to submit passport please allow 5 days will stamp visa on there passport and on 22nd we got it stamped )) so senator really help us out

I am interviewed at Abu Dhabi embassy USA on 14th of august 2013 and got yellow slip 221 g for my B1/B2 visa. But I have super good experience there, visa counselor was wonderful and very professional, she listened me properly and asked me different questions.

I believe this is their policy to scrutinize the case before issuing any visa to anybody and I believe it is their right. We have to wait and see when we get the updates about our case.

I have my postgraduation training interview in newyork on 26th november 2013 and I hope they will listen to all the genuine cases. If we are genuine and right then I believe we dont need to worry.

Ahmad we all have good reasons and I hope u are right at uor end. But we can not do any more we just need to be genuine and thats it , rest it is the duty of counselors to listen to us, scrutinize us, take good decision which does not affect any body career or genuine aims.

Believe me counselor at abudhabi embassy was very good and I have faith in them. I had very bad experience in the past at some other consulate of usa. my H1 b petition was challanged to be revoked but latter USCIS reaffirmed the case and gave approval but after 2 years. The career and postgraduation for which I was working for the last 10 years was ruined. But now I have hope again.

Got Update after 2 weeks with Refused. Any suggestion what to do next. So I have to apply again? Dont know what they want. Ihave most genuine reason and they are not looking and not allowing the person who has educational career which is suffering. They are issuing to million of people un necessary visas but not to person who want to study.

They issued yellow 221g. Previous status was AP now its showing refused and telling me to follow the form or VO instructions. They didnt ask about my salary or bank statement. Only my interview letter they took.

Now problem is iam applying for visa again but I am not getting any option to submit visa application fee. But I can schedule on old MRV fee. I called them about this issue at call center and they are telling me to follow up on previous application since it was 221g. I emailed to emvassy but no answer. Dont know what to do.

My package now adays is more than 6000 USD per month with other benifits. Also I was able to take immigration but I didnt and came back to my country with my own will. I dont know why they dont see my travel record. I just want to go for interview n then come back to my work to support my family and my other expenses. My leaves will be unpaid and also my family is in UAE then why should stay long in usa. Any ways my next interview is in the same month n I hope the counselor will look into matters in detail and will do justice
