US B2 Visa Tracking Status - Regular Administrative Processing (Help needed)

My parents attended US B2 visa tamil interview at Chennai. Interview went fine for around 10 min, didnt ask for any documents. Finally interviewer said to my parents that VISA is approved with a smile wishing them happy journey. No slips were given after the interview completion. When they returned home while they checked visa status its displaying as "administrative processing" below that as per description available its mentioned that "regular administrative processing is in progress which may take several weeks".

My Question is that everything is normal? Can we expect passport to be delivered by one week or will there be any delay. Is the above status in visa tracking is normal one after interview? Help needed.

So, which part of "regular administrative processing is in progress which may take several weeks" makes you expect passport to be delivered by one week ?
Admin processing cases are most unpredictable. From one week to more than a year is normal these days.
