Need any documents if Visitor Visa already stamped?

Hi,
My mother-in-law already has a multiple entry visitor visa stamped on her passpart. And she already visisted USA once and went back before the I-94 expired.
She will be travelling to US again. Will she need to carry any documents (sponsorship letter, I-134, sponsor's visa copies etc.) this time?

No Need. No one will ask her for all that. But she must carry a basic invitation letter from her hosts , in her own interest, just in case someone asks.
