process of change of status from b1/b2 into f1 visa while being in usa

Hello Everyone!
I am currently on b1/b2 visa that has a 6 months valid stay from now to September 28.
I have gone through some institutions and found that they provide I-20 for the sake of changing my status into f1 visa category but so far I haven't come to a definite conclusion whether I should go for change of my status or find any other options to prolong my legal stay in usa.
Ultimately I have intentions to get green card but first I should think about how to prolong the stay.
I have not very much funds to bear high school expensive fees.
Kindly provide me details about what should I do? What's your experience ?
What are the chances to get my application approved?
When should I apply for change of status ?
besides,
which school in virginia do you prefer for changing the status with reasonable fee?

I have done Bachelor of Commerce ( Hons ) in Finance from Pakistan.
Got 2.7 cgpa. Have done IELTS and got 6+ overall band.

See if you are eligible for an H-1b, (usually they require a 4 yr bachelor's degree)
and see if you can find a finance entry level job with an H-1b sponsor.


For an F-1 status they used to require a "prospective student' note on a B1/B2 visa/ I-94
otherwise, an F-1 is expensive for tuition as well as change of status is not guaranteed.
