Should I sponsor?

My cousin from India is planning to visit US. She is working in India. She will be coming alone...
In order to have higher chances of getting visitors visa, should I sponsor her or she should sponsor for her own ?

Who is actually going to pay for her expenses? She should answer accordingly.

If she has funds in India, she can show evidence thereof. If you have funds in the US, you can be her sponsor by completing I-134 Form, Affidavit of Support. YOu do need to show financial documents though (taxes, paystubs, employment verification letter and bank acct statements.
