Visitor Visa for Sister

hi,

I am planning to invite my sister, alongwith my parents, who is studying Bachelors in Computers in India. Her education is not complete. She will have to complete her exams after coming back from USA. Is there any document that I furnish for her to strongly prove that she has no intention of settling in US.

gurus ... please advise .. i want to try whatever I can to improve her chances of getting the visa..

There is no specific document that will definitely prove that she has strong ties to India.

thanks very much for the response .. do you think affidavit will help .. i was wondering what others did in this case .. i know some cases were approved.. again i know it doesn't depend just on docs ..

It will not help because people can make affidavit and still not come back.
