    can I get a VISA?

    I am a second year MBBS student studying in Mumbai. I just wanted to know that can I get a tourist visa to visit USA. My brother and sister-in-law (working) r there for last 8 yrs. Even my sister went to complete her MS from US and now has come back to India and is settled (doing job) here. What is my possibilty of getting a tourist Visa to US? Please reply.

      Could be either way. Your enrolment in a professional program acts as a tie to India but again your brother being in US can act against you.
