Tourist VISA after expiration of I-94

Hi,

I need to apply for a tourist VISA for my mom. However, my I-94 is getting expired very soon and I just have the extension receipt from USCSIC. Just wanted to check will I be eligible to apply for tourist VISA in that case?

I suggest you wait till you get your extended I-94.
