help, employer in US wants Interview me B1 Visa

I need some help,.. how can I achieve getting a B1 visa.. heres my situation.. I landed in Canada just 2 months ago... for the caregiver program... I am a caregiver.. I relocated from China.... now that here....a US company in North Carolina has contacted me and we have been in discussions.. on a position with thier firm.. this would be a nursing position and about 4 times the pay what I am making now.. I wish to persue this opportunity... they want me to fly down to interview with them... they have sent me an invitation and itinerary and all other docs stating will take care of all my travel arrangements for the 3 day visit... Will I be able to get a B1 business visa to go there...Is this the right visa to apply for? I dont have strong ties to Canada other than my job and only being here for two months.. Is there any hope?? How can I interview...

Ok then so which type visa do I apply for for a business interview trip?

Hi,
There is no visa that allows you to attend an interview. You can travel on B1 under the pretext of some business meeting/training/seminar, etc., ( with relevant documents like invite letter from US co. mentioning this reason) and use the opportunity to attend the interview.
