Do i need to fill two seperate forms for both the parents?

If yes, Do i need to mention my mother as my fahter';s spouse in his form ?
And mention my dad's name as my mother's spouse in mother's form?

SHould I list both their names for Q 10 on both the forms?

#10 question is asking if you have filed immigrant visa. You are applying for Non immigrant visa. So you have to answer N/A.
