I134.. please help

Hi there,
My mom is going for interview in chennai sept 17 th. I have done all paper work 2 months back. And I134 form I have done that form in march itself. Is it ok if she takes that for an interview or is it like very new. Please give me reply asap. And we have applied for h1 and h4 extensions aa and it's valid upto oct 14th. what I have to do in this situation.

But you have enough time. Why don't you make another I-134 and send it?
