visitor visa for sister: Can sponsor be both Dad and Me ?
Hello All
My sister who is unmarried and working is planning to visit me in the US. I am married , on an L1 and have been living in the US for only 6 months, therefore do not have very sound bank balance to prove that I can afford my sister's stay. My Dad , who is in India has a sound bank balance and is at a senior position in India. My Uncle(Mama) is a GC in the US.
Question 1 : Therefore we were thinking that if she shows that both my Dad and my brother are my sponsors , then is there any problem in that ?
Question 2 : In her DS-156 , my sister had earlier mentioned that her sponsor would be her uncle , who is a GC.
Can she now change this fact in the interview ?
