Hi,

My wife recently got her H1B and will start with her new employer next week. We are planning to send the sponsorship documents to my in laws. Can she sponsor or is it OK that I sponsor?

Any feedback will be appreciated. Also if my wife is OK to sponsor what all documents

You have not mentioned anything about yourself, so one cannot comment on you sponsoring.
What is your visa status and how long have you been working?

Also, remember if your in laws have strong earnings / savings they can self fund, a favorable thing.

I am on H1B visa since 2007. So am I OK to sponsor my in laws tourist visa even if my wife is not dependent since recently
