Hi,
My MIL appeared for an interview yesterday and she was asked to reappear for an interview with the help of a translator. When we made the appointment, at that time we selected "english" for the language. We later on did send a fax mentioning that we need a tamil translator. Also,my MIL requested the same with TTS when she appeared for the interview and they seem to accept it. She was ready to take the interview in English as well.
Finally, when my MIL went inside, she gave her fingreprints and then sumitted her visa form. But she has been given a letter saying that she need translator assistance and asking her to re-apply.
What should I do now? Can I just walk in next week and ask TT Services for an interpretor? OR should I have to make another new appointment from scratch with proper language selected.
thanks
