I and My wife have B2 visa, my older son is in US on H1-B. My younger son is 18 studying in engineering School in India. My Older son marriage is fixed in US with USC girl. We want to apply B-2 for younger son so that the complete family will attend the Marriage. What chances of my younger son to get B2, What Documents shall he required at Interview. Please advice. We have no intention to stay Illegal. We respect the law of the land.

He must try. Young and single students, going for a casual visits usually find it harder
but his purpose is concrete. And if you are self funding the trip without an affidavit of support from US,
it should not be difficult.
Documents are not looked at but still he must carry these just in case,
; wedding card ( imp. they will look at it)
; copies of parents' visas.
: copy of bro's visa and H-1b petition
;Proof of his enrolment in college.
; Income proof of parents. ( IT return /salary slip )
They will ask him about your income, he should be able to give them a strong figure.
Another important issue is duration of stay. His mentioned stay should not be too long if his college is in session. If it is vacation then
