TTs visas appointment booking link is not working

When i click the appointment booking link in tts visas homepage on the left side, most of the time it comes back to the same page. Does anyone what is the problem and solutions if any?

If you hit "view consignee details" in the page you type your passport number, it will take you back to the first page.
Instead, you need to hit the "next" button on the right.

But the problem i face is when you click the link "us Embassy/consulate appointment" in the home page of ttsvisas it does not go anywhere. It refreshes and gets back to home page itself.

This is strange as I can successfully get in. You may try a different computer or a web browser to see if the problem still exists.

Am also having same problem, most of the times if i clik on the link to book an appointment, it was showing same page. I donno what to do, even i tried 2 computers. But sometimes its working.

In my case, it was due to symantec firewall. I disabled it and now the link is working fine everytime. Try this.
